Pros
Being forced to take unpaid lunch break in break room. Not allowed to eat at desks. Only 30 work from home days a year. once used no more work from home. On-site parking that you have to share with someone else so be prepared to pay to park elsewhere when not your turn. £40 a month travel expense. Summer party which office closes for. Christmas party which is half day.
Cons
Owner of business does not care about health and wellbeing of staff members. Would rather sweep issues under rug. MD has final say. its his way or the highway. Managerial roles given to people who have 0 managerial skills. newly appointed COO of company constantly makes people feel worthless and often people are found crying from comments made.
