      the CEO is crazy! He fired basically all the company in such a short time Does not give clear instructions You never know where you stand Poor management There are no real clients

      - Lack of meetings to understand the logic ( you must chase them ) - Changes in plans for features in the last minute - No body will cover you even if it's not your fault
