🚨 Fake Promises, No Transparency & Unfair Practices

Cons

⭐ 0 Star — Highly Unprofessional, No Transparency & Unfair Practices My experience with ITVedant has been extremely disappointing and mentally stressful. From the beginning, there was a serious lack of transparency: ❌ No paid leave during the 6-month probation period (not clearly informed at the time of joining) ❌ Salary deduction even for a 15-minute delay, while extra working hours are not compensated ❌ Mandatory daily in-person client visits were never disclosed during hiring (not virtual — required to travel every day) ❌ Hired for one role but made to handle multiple responsibilities Work culture concerns: ❌ Poor management support ❌ Internal politics and unprofessional behavior ❌ Double standards in communication ❌ Employees raising genuine concerns (including student support issues) are pressured or asked to leave Even after proper documentation and repeated follow-ups: ❌ No response from HR ❌ No response even from the company owner — emails are ignored Exit process was extremely unfair: I formally resigned and worked for around 20 days in good faith I even offered to serve 30 days notice ❌ At no point was a 60-day notice period clearly communicated or documented Due to continuous pressure, lack of support, and mental stress, I was forced to leave after 20 days I completed full handover and submitted all company assets Despite this: ❌ Pending salary not paid ❌ Full & Final settlement not released ❌ Relieving letter not provided ❌ Experience letter not provided ❌ No proper communication or resolution Additionally: ❌ Employees are labeled as “absconding” even after resignation and handover ❌ The company hires employees from competitors, but restricts its own employees from joining competitors for 1 year — unfair and contradictory Final thought: A company’s true values are reflected in how they treat employees during exit — and this experience shows a lack of professionalism, empathy, and fairness. Advice to job seekers: ⚠️ Do not rely on verbal promises ⚠️ Get every policy in writing — especially notice period, job role, travel expectations, and exit terms
