Pros
Since the new leader stepped in back in August and took this on along with everything else already on his plate, things have really turned around. Productivity is up, people seem more motivated, and there’s just a better vibe across the team. It’s positive, more focused, and supportive
The culture has improved a ton. What used to feel scattered and chaotic now feels organized and purposeful. There’s better communication, more clarity, and a stronger sense of direction. We know what’s expected and where we’re going, which makes the day to day feel more manageable and less stressful.
Even with all the other responsibilities he’s juggling, the new leader makes time to be present and engaged. He listens, gives real feedback, and actually helps people grow. It’s clear he cares about both the results and the people doing the work.
The Wood Division in particular has come a long way. Operations are smoother, expectations are clearer, and the team feels more connected. It’s a big difference from just a few months ago and in the best way possible.
Cons
The pace has picked up and there’s a lot happening quickly, but it’s the kind of busy that feels exciting. It’s good to be part of something that’s building real momentum.
