Small business. Employer gives a lot and demands a lot.

Good amount of experience to be gained and friendly coworkers.

Pretty stressful work environment, constant termination threats, cult like company values, Zero benefits, silent dry rigid management, cold work environment, lots of burnout from never ending dispatching and ticket ques, very bureaucratic, lacks any curiosity, low average pay and very little negotiation for growth.
