- Clarity regarding tasks - Management is transparent with expectations and standings/expectations of the company as a whole - A great work/life balance (I was sceptical at first, but its been great) - Knowledgeable team mates - Stress free environment all while maintain a fast pace / rapidly evolving job. - Great location, easily accessible by metro and steps from Ste-Catherine street with stores and restaurants. - Roof top terraces allows you to benefit from the nice days. - Weekly Groceries and Coffee - Management is always open to listening to ideas, discussing them openly and trying new things, you feel heard.
Cons
- Sometimes things are slow to progress / get implemented - Parking (if you drive in) is not ideal - Food options could be slightly healthier - Insurance plan is nice but has lacks such a massage therapy / physio etc. are not covered.
