Pros
- Beautiful, well maintained view of the grounds.
- Discount on meals.
- Opportunity to network with members.
Cons
Where do I start? I would not recommend anyone working for integrity.
- Horrible Management.
- Lack of resources. Good look getting even a pen from them to do your job.
- Employees were constantly asked to "sacrifice" for the team which meant hourly employees weren't allowed overtime even though overtime was needed to do the job.
- integrity operated as if they were going bankrupt. Basic operational costs outside of the golf course was pushed to the side. Vendors often went unpaid and Employees would have to go into their own pockets to make purchases for the CLUB and hope for reimbursement which could take at least 2 months.
- Lack of training/educational opportunities and opportunity to grow.
- Low pay
- Moral wasn't good at my club and management would overlook it. Staff got along but we all agreed that things needed to change.
