      Pay is a little lower than average. Senior management will throw team members under the bus to protect themselves. Lack of transparency/ consistency with performance reviews.

      - great social side - lots of things to do outside of the office - they can help you start your own business

      - as much as they say they are 'laid back' they do expect you to work extremely long hours when you don't always need to
