Family-run business with heavy family member involvement; little focus on merit or professional growth. 4. Recently, a senior C-level executive was fired in front of the entire team, damaging morale. 5. Very high attrition rates and frequent employee exits. 6. No proper processes or work setups in place. 7. Management is mostly based in the USA and treats the India team as low-cost labor, with little investment in career development.
