Pros
inFeedo used to be a fast-paced, excellence-driven workplace that encouraged proactive thinking. Some team members still genuinely care about their work and try to maintain old standards. Flexible environment and good colleagues.
Cons
The last six months have been a downward spiral. The company that once thrived on excellence and proactive execution now feels unrecognizable. With the founders checked out and not involved, the new leadership feels directionless, uninspired, and disconnected from reality. There is zero clarity on priorities, vision, or expectations. Decisions feel random, slow, or nonexistent. A large part of the organization has slipped into a “chill and coast” mindset. Accountability is almost nonexistent. The culture is deteriorating so quickly that it’s obvious to anyone paying attention. People talk about it quietly because many don’t feel safe to speak up. The decline is so visible that it’s hard to believe leadership doesn’t see how damaging this is for morale, productivity, and the company’s future.
Pros
Infeedo provides a collaborative and structured work environment where engineers are encouraged to take ownership of their work. Development teams work closely with product and design, allowing engineers to contribute beyond task implementation and participate in discussions around usability, quality, and overall user impact. The engineering culture emphasizes clean code, thoughtful reviews, and continuous learning. There is good exposure to modern development practices, and the leadership team is approachable and receptive to feedback. Work-life balance and flexibility are respected, contributing to a healthy and sustainable work environment.
Cons
As with most growing organizations, priorities can evolve quickly, and some systems are still being refined. This can occasionally require working through legacy components or adapting to change, though there is generally openness to improving processes and codebases over time.
