It used to be good till 2024, but for the past 24 months the company has gone downhill with unclear and appalling strategies at C level.
Cons
1. The top management (C level) including the divisional heads are all Russians. There is a lot of favouritism towards the Russian employees and the regional/ country level employees are overlooked and ignored. Majority of the strategies at the global level do not align with the ground realities of the ride hailing scenarios. There are hardly non-Russian employees left as they found it very difficult to work with them. Most leave within a year of joining. 2. Few of the employees at the department head level (global level)are egoistic and treat the country level employees in a racist manner. 3. Difficult to get promoted. There is a change in the grades recently which is highly unfavorable. The internal jobs postings as a criteria that Russian is mandatory. Hence the internal non Russians employees are left behind and becomes dejected. 4. Unclear communication and strategy which keeps on changing rapidly like flavour of the month 5. Low pay, hardly any benefits in APAC countries. The company is not interested in investing in their own employees. 6. Hire and fire since the last two years. They constantly keep on firing the teams just to show profitability to the investors. It has taken the company downhill with any teams left on the ground. 6. Communication in the company is a joke with sluggish growth. The increment for the past two years is non negligible hardly 2-4 % each year.
