Driven culture. Flexible. Plenty or room to grow tech knowledge.
Cons
Like any smaller company, flexibility can cut both ways. Those that step up when needed succeeded.

Pros
Very flexible with scheduling and allowing work from home. I learned a lot while I was there. For the most part really nice people working there. It's a great place for someone that want's to get their first 'real-job', but it's a stepping stone opportunity.
Cons
Depends on the manager. Some are really good while others were/are not. As a start-up you are required to wear many hats, if you don't like that, it's not for you. The salary scale is dismal at best. Be prepared to not be compensated what you are worth at all.
