Pros
Great PTO, Free snacks, laid back environment, awesome managers.
Cons
HR claims the job is 1 day WFH when it is indeed not that until "after your formal training" which wasn't until 4 months after they hired me. This wasn't explained in the hiring process at all. The 1 day is also subject to your teams availability, so you don't get to pick which days work best for you. Most of this job if not all can be done remote, so this was a huge fail.
Commission is team/business based. Basically the business needs to make 20% more than the previous year for you to even SEE commission. It's not individually measured even though as an inside sales rep, you do a lot of the paper pushing for these sales.
The atmosphere here is genuinely good, however a few bad eggs make the workplace somewhat toxic. Theres A LOT of young people (25 and younger) who work in the sales department and think they know it all. They talk down to, pile on work, and over-stress new employees because they're trying to make a name for themselves and show they know how to train new people. It creates a toxic environment real fast. However, most of the people here are actually really nice.
