Pros

Some genuinely nice colleagues at the junior/mid level who try their best under difficult circumstances. Learning opportunities if you’re new to the industry and want to get your feet wet — but not sustainable long-term (mainly for your own mental health and burn out).

Cons

Toxic and unsupportive top management — particularly three senior individuals — foster a culture of fear, micromanagement, confusion, and distrust. One Director (in title only, lacking real experience) is a known source of ongoing bullying, yet leadership consistently turns a blind eye. Team members are often pitted against one another, creating a highly stressful and psychologically unsafe work environment. There is no clear team structure. Roles and responsibilities constantly shift without explanation, leading to confusion and an exceptionally high turnover — primarily driven by poor leadership and mismanagement. Time management is equally poor. Deadlines are unreasonable, with a lack of planning resulting in constant last-minute changes and urgent requests — often right as staff are about to finish for the day. There is no respect for work-life balance, no additional pay or compensation for overtime, and junior staff are especially underpaid. Leadership is consistently misaligned. Directors give conflicting instructions and often reverse decisions at the last minute, which undermines team morale and productivity. Salaries are low, with no meaningful benefits or staff welfare initiatives. Mental health suffers greatly. Burnout and emotional distress are common, and management — even when visibly aware of it — remains indifferent. It’s not uncommon for team members to break down at their desks, only to be met with coldness or victim-blaming narratives. To make matters worse, management often speaks negatively about their own staff in French — either unaware or simply unconcerned that the team understands. There is no proper HR process or support system in place. Employee concerns are dismissed or ignored, leaving staff with nowhere to turn when issues arise.
