You get to work on real deals, not just lead gen fluff. Client meetings, pitching decks, attending strategy calls – they give you full visibility. Founders are accessible and the team vibe is quite collaborative. Also, you learn to think like an entrepreneur fast here. Honestly came in a bit underconfident but the seniors helped me out a lot. We had pitch reviews, mock sales calls, and real-time feedback. I started closing small deals in 2 months. Loved the energy in the team, and Saturdays were always something to look forward to.
Cons
Very fast-paced, sometimes too fast. Targets can feel unrealistic in some months, esp when marketing support is slow. Also, CRM system needs to be better implemented – sometimes it’s all over the place. Not for everyone - especially low performers
