      Ideafoster was my first job after graduating college and I've couldn't ask for a better team and family to start my professional career with. Is a fast-paced innovative environment, young-talented people with great initiatives to move forward and always keep learning. You get to experience the intensity and methodologies of working in a start up while having world-known companies as your clients, best of both worlds.

      1.) Work from home at your own pace. 2.) Your trainer is always there to help assist you with any questions or concerns.3.) You can choose your own hours.4,) You can have a full-time job and do this part-time.

      Cons

      Never to talk to to your trainer unless they call you.

      - Complete ownership of projects - Incredible transperancy - Great work-life balance - Good communication and honest feedbacks - Very nice team - Great leadership - Flat structure - Diversity of tasks, which promises that the job is not boring.

      Cons

      Complete ownership of projects comes with a small con that you sometimes have to do things that are not your favorite. For example I'm not too excited about doing sales, but it everyone's job to find new clients.
