      Pros

      Budding industry, interesting work, good clients.

      Cons

      High turnover, unstable/drama-filled/excessively stressful work environment, constantly shifting business model, unreasonable workload, poor benefits, and CEO is a bad manager/leader. I recommend poking around LinkedIn to see average tenure of former employees there. It paints a telling picture.

      Endless opportunities for growth. 150% a collaborative learning environment. Amazing culture. Brilliant leadership Free lunches on Fridays. Free platinum Hubway passes for the entire year! Opportunities to attend seminars, epic conferences (Inbound, FutureM et al) and tradeshows. Encouragement to share ideas; every idea is welcomed. Very selective hiring practices; best/brightest talent cultivated.

      Pros

      Work at home, excellent pay. This can be a great place to write. More assignments than at other similar sites.

      Cons

      Hard to get further ahead. The employees don't talk to the contract workers about what is happening with growth in the business.
