Great mix of work life balance, supporting employees in offsite working arrangements which can be quite handy during the pandemic. Also looking out for employees during the Covid period when all businesses were doing it tough. The company gets you a gift every 5 and 10 years so you feel like your efforts are being appreciated. This is truly a place where you can cultivate long term working relationship.
Cons
As a global company, Sales and Account managers are in different time zones which is sometimes a bit of challenge.
