Pros

- Good to learn things with pressure and tight project deadlines. - Opportunities are good based on the team you put on.

Cons

- Poor HR Management and resource management. - There will be no extra fun at work. Work is the only thing you need to do. - Low pay in comparison to the outside market. - A 3 year bond Guys, keep this in mind. You must submit the documents to the company. - There is no work-life balance. - Sometimes you need to work late night to complete the tasks. - There are no significant activities, no team outings, etc. - They celebrate only one thing that is Secret Santa. The majority of people will not be present at the time of the celebration. - Parking space is limited. Sometimes heart breaks for new bike owners. Your bikes may get damage due to the less space - 3 times food provided but not good enough. - No bonus no extra things. - The company policy changes regularly. - There are lot of negative things which I don't list here. Freshers please go though the company policy and accept the offer if you want.

Pros

Great Projects, nice carrier growth opportunities. Good place to start your career with.

Cons

No work-life balance. Management expects employees to work beyond working hours, even on weekends too, without compensation. Leaves are just handful, if you get seriously ill and had to stay on leave, you are up for loss of pay, even though you have proof that you were actually sick.

Pros

As a fresher, you’ll get to learn a lot.

Cons

- Everyone is expected to work for 10-12 hours a day, with 10 hours minimum, and 11 being the average, including for freshers. So no time to relax, or upskill. - Extremely poor work life balance. - Just 5 days leave in a year for freshers, which increases to 10 in year 2 and 3. - 3 year bond. - Very less number of senior engineers, as people tend to leave once the bond period ends. Experienced people are mostly into managerial roles.
