Pros

Pizza? They promise things like paid cruises to the Bahamas, work-life balance, training budgets for upskilling, etc

Cons

They do not actually give things like paid cruises to the Bahamas, work-life balance, training budgets for upskilling, etc Toxic, Malicious Culture: Expect active sabotage, credit theft, and a pervasive atmosphere of unprofessionalism that poisons every interaction. Management actively fosters or passively allows a culture where backstabbing is rewarded. Gross Incompetence and Mismanagement: Leadership consistently makes baffling decisions, fails to understand core technical work, and prioritizes optics over actual project success. This leads to constant churn, wasted effort, and a feeling of being set up to fail. Blatant Disregard for Well-Being: There is a shocking indifference to employee well-being and you will be pushed to your absolute limits. Any signs of distress will be met with disdain or used as leverage against you. Expect to work far after the work day is over consistently. Career Stagnation and Devaluation: Despite high-level work, expect your contributions to be minimized, your skills undervalued, and your career progression actively hindered. This place is a black hole for talent, designed to extract maximum effort while giving nothing back in return, leaving you worse off than when you started. Poor Compensation & Benefits: Compensation does not reflect the demanding nature of the work or the toxic environment. Benefits are insufficient to mitigate the immense stress.
