Cons
Scope of work increases exponentially compared to the initial Job description but no extra compensation. Try a sneaky way to exploit the employees by making them act in leadership positions with a promise of officially promoting them to leadership positions with extra compensation. However, when the evaluation time is due, instead of promoting them, they find excuses to delay the promotion. Then when it was impossible to delay it any longer they gave an abysmal raise of around 4-5 % of the current salary with triple the workload. Business scope is also changing constantly for the better of the company and more workload for the employee. However, still no compensation review for the employee. The management team is only looking to maximize the company's benefits at the employee's expense. Extra benefits are non-existent, allowance is for snacks (you can only afford a cup of coffee every day) and for the graveyard shift only. Laughable insurance plan (also is for graveyard shift only) which only covers accidents only, no dental plan or regular checkup.
