Money minded ppl! - Anonymous employee iTech Solutions Employee Review

They have very strict policies and they never try to do anything for an employee unless it is beneficial for them. They are not professional - even after notifying them of my resignation, they did not accept it (not sure if an employer can do that) and they tried everything possible to keep me just for money sake! Even when the client was ready to leave me, they worked with the client to make sure it didnt happen. They are very money minded!! I have never seen an employer like iTech who does not care about their employees' needs !! Bad experience. I will never work with them again.
