Pros
Unless you're in client project there is a lot to learn but when you move to internal project there is no management, Full of freshers who have no idea what to do and only 2-3 senior people who need to handle tasks and fresher toggles which is impacting deadlines. They have monthly deadlines which is again stress full.
Cons
No work life balance. No PF provided to some employees. Management has hidden policies e.g They will tell you you can work with us whatever duration you want before joining but at time of leaving they told you have signed a bond with us so be careful before accepting offer letter unless you have hidden clause in offer letter for minimum stay with company. They will not provide experience and relieving letter if you leave before your bond person which is ruining employee career. Worst thing I notice as some pf employee has to pass through it.
