Owner blames everyone around him instead of executing his own responsibilities. He inappropriately speaks negatively about any employee or business partner to anyone that will listen, tarnishing peoples professional reputations. There’s no organization and a bowl full of empty promises in which he never intends to fulfill, but uses these promises as short term solutions to get what he wants.
