Pros
- Some really smart people - Work is varied, but not always the most interesting - Some really cool projects in the pipeline - Get to work with some really big name clients - There's funds for certifications and education
Cons
- A LOT of work. Company has grown a lot because of the amount of work everyone put in, but its still a lot of late nights. - Management is very tight knit, can lead to bit of a clique feeling. - A lot of clients use older tech that causes headaches and isn't necessarily conducive to career growth
