      None, as the company has a poor/ rude HR and Admin Management.

      Cons

      good for mid level job but no OT PAY and will not consider offering a night differential.

      I am sorry to read that you felt our admin and HR team was rude. I can guarantee, however, that all employees working during night shift hours are compensated with a night shift differential, as stated in the labor code. We comply with all DOLE mandates and directives.

      Pros

      Clients are generous. They give bonuses. HR and admins are approachable.

      Cons

      But once client no longer need you. Iscale will let you go, You can't transfer to a different client. Can't re-apply to iscale for 2 years.

      Great Place to Work Environment is awesome and cozy Management are friendly

      Cons

      The Health Card is currently less preferred.
