startup culture was demanding but it was efficient.

Sydney and Dallas offices are on the top floor of their respective buildings with a bar area. (Sydney) Great place to work if you are a man as all employees are men. Laid-back atmosphere.

Analysts have graduate degrees in humanities/ social science. They are are great at producing analytical content on the behaviors and motivations of bad people but lack technical skills like computer programming. This leads to huge organizational problems of all the data they produce. I left shortly before the acquisition so I'm not sure what it's like now.
