Pros
I was working in the R&D group as an intern. People here are smart. And they are really into robots. You get inspired by them everyday. Working on a prototype project in a small team gives you the chance to learn every aspect of the project. You can see Roombas and Avas wandering around in the offices everyday ;-) Lots of beers and BBQs and a half day off on Friday in the summer.
Cons
I guess it's also a con that the team is small. You don't communicate with a lot of people (of course you can reach out to other people in the company). So basically the project you work on is all that you think about everyday.
