      beleive in looking at internal candidates first company has great future, even if current defense business is slow employees really care about company and product, want to do what is right great products, engineers are continually thinking about the future

      Cons

      current downturn in defense business has resulted in layoffs and decreasing morale

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
