      Pros

      Growing company that maintains a small company feel. Really is a fantastic environment, perfect for the work that is being done. Fun and fast-paced, I have truly enjoyed my time there.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be difficult at times, but company makes a noticeable effort to make up for it through activities/retreats/etc and always appreciates the work being put in.
