      Pros

      Great environment to work with a lot of talented Engineers. Primarily an ME environment but there is some interesting EE work too

      Cons

      Doesn't seem like there are opportunities to jump up into management unless you are hired as one.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
