If you enjoy having a major policy change with only two days notice, then this company may be for you. A new attendance policy was rolled out with only 2 days notice before it went into effect. There were multiple questions regarding the incomplete policy that took close to a month to get the answers.
If you want to work for a soon to be billion dollar company that purposely tries to make achieving a bonus more difficult, then this may be the company for you. Similar to the attendance roll out , the new calculation for daily productivity went just as smooth. Upper management spent 30 min explaining the new method said they “researched it” and it would be a more “fair” method. Thus far, for those of us keeping track, it is not the case . So they either did not do their due diligence to pilot this or they flat out lied to their employees.
This used to be a great place to work some years ago. The way things are currently going, it it obvious that upper management does not care about the techs cranking out these scans. Most up them don’t even know how to read an ekg.
