Pros
It's easy to get a job. In today's economy that's reason enough to apply. There is no interview, just a background/credit check. Once Promoted to agent there is health care benefits, along with open enrollment around the end of each year to choose extra benefits packages. Everyone from new-hires to Vikas himself gets 20 days PTO a year. Use it or lose it. The training is very good and intensive. Also they will pay for and do the testing and certification for a collections license.
Cons
It's corporate on a global scale. IT is lacking on a local level. Our computers are always glitching, phone lines going down for extended periods sometimes. There is some level of incompetence in the HR dept. as well. Lack of communication is a common issue.
