Pros
I work with a great group of people both directly and via our client. I have learned more about accounts receivable management as well as life in an outsource call center. The return of comprehensive medical benefits is a plus. The theory behind their technical vision is sound.
Cons
Pay is substandard and the idea that it's ok to work for 3, 4, 5 yrs without a raise is laughable. Job title based on rate of pay instead of actual performance and contribution is not a good thing either. The technical problems are severe and should be addressed accordingly.
