      1. Good Salary 2. Transport 3. Some pretty good programmers and developers 4. Some very good people

      Cons

      1. There are some pretty good lairs 2. People higher than you in the hierarchy would give you false hope 3. Your opinion wouldn't matter 4. Your increment might get stuck for a long period of time. You would be a looser if you leave the company while they hold your increment 5. Your development skill would not grow much if you work in some specific teams 6. Some very bad people works in the non engineering team. Not all, some. 7. Sometimes they fire employees in 1 day notice 8. But they asked employees to sign ridiculous Code Of Conduct and resignation policy

      Pros

      The customer service is above all. The freedom of time and the potential of money you can make if you are self motivated.

      Cons

      The con is that you are contract through ipayments 1099.

      Pros

      - Most of the people are very talented and fun to work with. - Product has some potential. - Follows some standard software engineering principles which is a good practice. - Good salary.

      Cons

      - The CEO is all talk and no walk, that is he says a lot of things which never translates to actions. - The CEO likes to use a lot of buzzwords to make up for his incompetent and hollow software engineering knowledge.
