I always find my seniors very enthusiastic when we talk of work. They are always ready to help the team and are focused on to get the work done before the deadline. After joining iPatientCare, I learned how to finish my work/task quickly without compromising the quality. It helped a lot to improve my skill set in many ways. I'm glad to be at iPatientCare. The trainings provided by the company is very informative, precise, and are easily understood. We get tremendous opportunities to share our thoughts with the senior management.
Cons
Here the senior colleagues are very fast in understanding the responsibilities and accomplishing the tasks provided which sometimes creates a bit complex situation to decide the priorities. But in turn it helped me to stretch-up my skill-limits and understand the situation quickly.
