      Decent medical benefits, 3% full match 401k and 2% at half. Decent pay; polite CEO's; Allows some work from home.

      Cons

      No progressive discipline policy They prioritize client needs over company staff work/life balance or listed normal business hours Company mindset of win client bids first and hire staff later to do the work Assigns work to inexperienced staff with little to no support from management

      Pros

      Everyone only cares about what's effective and employees have a lot of agency if they have initiative. I love everyone I work with. Management is hands off if the job gets done. No wasted time in meetings.

      Cons

      Small company: leads to roles getting blended and many hats being worn, there's not as much room to climb as you would in a large company.
