.The entire company is fraud .They will make you sign a bond forcefully as soon as you enter the company.If you care for yourself and your family do not join this company .It is a fraud .They have a pool of customer care jobs which they call software engineering job .They will fool you saying it is a software engineering job and make you sign a bond .You will think it is a development job and you will sign a bond .Then when employee gets to know he has been caught in a fraud he pays that money to leave and save their career and family obviously its a job .this way the company fool people and get money from new employees who join them .
Cons
If you like getting into fraud then you can join them .They make sure you don't get salary .I don't remember a single month when I got full salary .They will find reasons to cut your salary now and then .
