Pros
They seem very sales oriented, so if you work in sales you'll probably love it! The VP of engineering seems like he really cares and he wants to build a good culture. I would work for him again.
Cons
Toxic culture at the topmost level (C-level). They don't seem to answer to employees at all and just feel like private equity mouthpieces. Benefits are subpar. They don't seem to care to retain employees.
