Pros
I came from a previous recruitment company that didn't offer the training or development required so naturally it was difficult to be good at the job if you didn't know how to run a desk! But PRG have been amazing, its continuous improvement and development, and they always listen, so if you are struggling with a certain area then all you need to do is ask and the support is instant. I thoroughly enjoy working and mixing with everyone in the company and I can't imagine a nicer environment to walk into in the morning.
Cons
I have no con's about the way PRG work... Recruitment can undoubtedly be tough in itself but that's what you sign up for! The highs and low... But PRG will always be there to support you through the process and the rewards are fantastic! (not a con but had to write something)
