      None, this is a very badly run business, if you can even call it a business

      Cons

      The "ceo" istiak is using free LIA students to do his choirs, and cannot handle even telling us what to do. Yes, we understand that we should find stuff ourselves, but you can't just throw people in a company and not make even the smallest of effort. We are 7 former employees/students, and we all agree. Fake "company"

      Pros

      Istiak took us in and treated us like we were full time employed, even though we only were there as interns to learn how the work life is. He took his time with us, meetings every morning and afternoon. And if we had questions we always got an answer from him whenever we aksed him. We also had a friday "fika", where we just hanged out and played some games. Overall a fantastic experience, I've learned alot.
