I love doing sales and have been doing it for years with various companies. iNFOTEL Multimedia has been my favorite work experience so far. Here I get: - to Believe in the products I sell and recommend to clients, who are people I build relationships with, so this is very important to me. - to Trust the team that produces these products for clients - They are Qualified, Professional, Efficient. - Great support from ALL areas of the company - Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Admin Managers. - Paid what I am worth. The payment structure makes sense, I work hard and get paid for it. - Lots of opportunities for bonuses/prizes - Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly - Recognition. Everyone's success is shared weekly and reviewed monthly and quarterly. - Respected - We have access to CRM tools to help us schedule and keep track of our progress. In return, we are NOT micro-managed and trusted to do our jobs and produce results. - Great environment - The people I work with are as excited about their work as I am, we love to learn, have a competitive edge, respect and support each other and have a good time. I believe iNFOTEL Multimedia has great leadership and I am grateful to see and be a part of the way the company continues to grow and adapt.

This is to be determined. Anything that I can think of that could be improved I haven't even asked for yet. If it was important to me, I do feel like I could ask and I believe the company would work with me to grant my requests.
