Pros
I had the freedom to do work in the priority I felt it needed to be done. No one in the US to look over my shoulder all day. I was able to get great deal done. I never doubted the morals or work ethic of the company founder, who hired me, or his vision for the company.
Cons
Once the company founder and the subsequent partner disagreed and it seemed that things were going the opposite direction of what the morals and founding vision of the company were, there was no reason or way I could stay. Sad of what they are turning into. I am so pleased the founder left, he keeps his reputation and vision in tact with new companies. I commend him for sticking to his vision.
