Really had awesome time working there before it was sold. Solid benefits, good pay and cool people.

Company that bough it has no feel for how Massachusetts companies work. How can you force someone to lose weight or quit smoking and if they don't you get terminated. Yup those were the rules.

Very liveable salary I would call it pretty above average. A monkey could be trained to do this job.

Many of your clients are going to treat you poorly but there are exceptions. Management is a mess, no one who deserves to get axed does. Plenty of incompetence to go around.
