The upper management are disingenuous and fake. They have values painted on their walls that say: Communication, Family, Integrity, All-In....but they don't live up to them at all. The CEO and other VPs party too much at work and at company functions. I used to have trouble finding anyone from my department to attend events due to the excessive drinking and the pressure to participate.
