Pros

The company has undergone a noticeable culture shift with new management, leading to more trust and flexibility between managers and employees. My role has allowed me to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to different areas of the business. The fast-paced nature of the company can be exciting for those who enjoy dynamic work environments. There is a strong willingness to experiment with new ideas, similar to a startup environment. This can be seen as both a strength and a weakness. While innovation is encouraged, changes often lack follow-through, and some initiatives are not fully matured or played out to their full potential. Full time employees health benefits are fully covered by the company. The company added 2 more holidays for 2025 which was very much needed. I felt that they did not provide enough throughout the year compared to other companies. Caveat: This 5-star rating is solely due to the recent management change. Had I written this review 4-5 months ago, my outlook would have been very different. The improvements are noticeable, but it remains to be seen if they are long-lasting.

Cons

Historically, the company followed a work culture that emphasized long hours and constant availability, which could be challenging. While things have improved, remnants of that culture still exist. Frequent changes in management have also led to some instability. Career paths are not always clearly defined, and employees often need to advocate for themselves to secure promotions or growth opportunities. Pay is below average standards for the Bay Area/Sunnyvale. Internal communication has been inconsistent, with leadership making decisions that are not always clearly conveyed to employees. This has resulted in confusion and misalignment across teams.
