Pros
I have been with iGrad for almost six years now. I have had the pleasure of watching and helping this wonderful company grow. The CEO has a wonderful open door policy and treats us all with the utmost respect. I have had plenty of bosses in my lifetime and he is by far the best. He is always making us laugh, rewarding us for our efforts and constantly pushes us to be the best we can be. I really enjoy the people I work with and it is a pleasure to work side by side with each and everyone of them. Each and every employee at iGrad works very hard and is 100% dedicated to their job and the company. Regarding the negative reviews, I believe both individuals were not the right fit for the company and no longer work at iGrad for a very good reason. It upsets me that these reviews talk badly about the company I care so much for.
Cons
At times things can get very overwhelming and hectic due to the work load we all have. However, I firmly believe this just makes us stronger and more confident in our abilities to accomplish our goals.
