Pros
Pantry, Amicable colleagues (mostly)
Cons
Unbearable, crushing, and unceasing workload. Management totally out of touch with creative work despite running what's notably, a creative agency. Suggestions to implement workflow processes usually implemented without asking for opinions of the executives. Encourages upscaling, more sales without ever increasing headcount, or running through creative team to see if goals are deliverable. Reduces everything to quantifiable data without considering that employees are in fact organic, creatures. One-sided monolithic dictator-style ruling disguised with a thin veil of courtesy. The insane workload in turn causes some colleagues to turn rabid. OT isn't just expected. Promise of work-life balance is a blatant lie. There are instances of staff working overnight. Regularly. Advice to management is taken with disdain. The 'solution" is often redistributing the workload to other colleagues who are themselves so laden with work to the point of incapacity. However, when brought up to management, the issue is swept under the rug faster than you can say the word. The next day, you get another new demand with no addition resources to deal with the pre-existing problem at hand.
