Been with the company for 2 months, very happy with the company so far. Very open door policy, which is very nice having come from Big Banking which was very different. Sat down with COO within my first 2 weeks. Everyone is very friendly, my team is great.

Very few negatives at this point: 4 days in office, limited 401k options

• Training was less structured at the beginning, as the role and office were still being built. • I’ve been learning the role while also helping create processes and procedures for this location, which can feel challenging at times. • Expectations aren’t always clearly defined yet, but I’ve consistently been able to find support and answers when needed.
