If you have any ideas, don't bother. They're interested in trying the same things and expecting different results.
Upper Mangement is EXTREMELY.. ummm- close? 2 out of 3 of them know each other quite intimately. With the exception of the CEO, they're all "playing office". None of them are particularly qualified for their roles, but again, THEY ARE VERY CLOSE. Many of the core staff are actively seeking their exit plan, as the management structure is toxic and incestuous.
